Intermass wins Lago Vista award

Damac Properties has appointed Intermass Engineering and Contracting Co. as the contractor for its Lago Vista project at International Media Production Zone (IMPZ). The one million sq ft. development is scheduled for completion in September 2009.

The Lago Vista development consists of two 21 floor and one 24 floor residential towers. Residences will consist of  696 studios, 36 one bedroom and 264 two bedroom units. The ground floor will consist of retail space. The project will feature a full range of leisure facilities including a health club, gym, sauna, steam, spa baths, tennis courts, children playground and barbeque area.

We have no doubt that they will deliver a product that offers state-of-the-art luxury and comfort to the residents at Lago Vista," said Peter Riddoch, CEO, Damac Properties.

"As of today all the excavation of raft foundations and shoring with main road are completed. This project at IMPZ will be built with highest construction standards offering the latest in living standards," added Riddoch.
