DSI in contract win

The mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works for the Park Rotana Development project, Khalifa Park, Abu Dhabi have been awarded to Drake and Scull International.

The development will feature a 250-room hotel, 300 hotel apartments, office space, as well as luxury residential apartments.
The 21-month long contract includes the installation, testing and commissioning of systems for air conditioning; ventilation; plumbing and drainage; building management; firefighting; power and lighting; telephone and data communications; video intercom; CCTV and access control security systems.
