The Lam Tara Towers

A twin-tower mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite the Burj Dubai plot was launched last month by Bin Manana Investment Group.

The Lam Tara Towers will encompass one tower of purely commercial space while the other will be made up of 1,2 and 3 bedroom residential apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
Construction will start in January 2007 and will be completed in three years.

The building design will be completed by Dimensions Engineering Consultants while the interior designer commissioned is Dubai Interiors, a Bin Manana Investment Company.
