Hill International wins contract on The World

Hill International has been awarded a $8.0 million contract to provide sub-consultant project management services during the design and tendering for OQYANA World First, a marine project being developed on Nakheel's The World project.

OQYANA World First is made up of 20 reclaimed man-made islands.

"We are very excited to be part of this hallmark project," said Raouf S. Ghali, president of Hill International's Project Management Group (International).

"OQYANA is a tremendous milestone for The World project."

The contract is initially for two years.
