ETA to showcase Italian-themed residences

UAE-based property developer ETA Star on Wednesday said it will unveil a 2.5 billion dirham ($681 million) residential project for Dubai at next week’s Cityscape expo in the emirate.

The Italian-themed residential community, called La Italia, is to be built at Falcon City of Wonders in Dubailand and will consist of low-rise residences in the development’s Venice, Rome and London clusters.
ETA said projects worth 5 billion dirhams will be on show at Cityscape, including its Centre Court mixed-use development at Jumeirah Village South and another mixed-use development planned for Oman’s capital Muscat.

ETA’s portfolio includes projects such as 23 Marina, Al Manara, Liberty House, Gold Crest Executive, The Palm Jumeriah Residence and Spa and Grandeur Residences, The Summit, Pearl Residence, The Belvedere and Gold Crest Views-2.

The company is currently developing property in countries across the Middle East and South-East Asia, including the UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Qatar and Turkey.
