Hyder buys Holford and Associates

International advisory and design consultancy Hyder Consulting has acquired Dubai-based architectural and interior design consultancy Holford and Associates for AED 67.6 million. The interiors consultancy has been based in the region for over 20 years and has completed projects across the UAE and Oman.

"The acquisition reinforces our position in the region as a leading provider of advisory and design services to both property developers and world-renowned concept architects," said Tim Wade, chief executive of Hyder Consulting.
The acquisition means Hyder will now be able to offer a full range of property services and takes the number of people working regionally within the company to 1,500.
