The Address offers new opportunities for F&B staff

The Address Hotels & Resorts, Emaar Hospitality Group’s five-star hotel brand, has unveiled its recruitment strategy to drive its up-and-coming properties in the UAE and internationally.

The hotel brand is targeting 1800 professionals in all areas of operations — including food and beverage — to be recruited in the next five months.
The aggressive recruitment strategy for The Address properties at Downtown Burj Dubai, Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina will be carried out through local and international campaigns.

“The Address Hotels & Resorts is setting new benchmarks in the hospitality sector with a focus on ‘one size fits one’ properties that offer more benefits for our guests.

“To achieve our goals, it is important to have a highly trained and motivated workforce, which we are currently recruiting from local and international markets,” said CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group, Marc Dardenne.

“By recruiting from diverse cultural backgrounds, we can leverage on different perspectives and add to the guest experience.

“We are looking for charismatic individuals with big hearts and genuine smiles who are passionate about the industry regardless of their position in the organisation. The response so far has been incredible.”

The Address Hotels & Resorts is seeking to hire employees from all hospitality-related sectors. They will be drawn from markets including Europe, the Far East, South Asia, South East Asia, and the Middle East.

The Address Hotels & Resorts is initially focusing on hiring interns and hotel graduates to present them with an opportunity to experience a pre-opening implementation and provide opportunities for excellent career growth. Associates are needed to create a guest engagement experience based on their inbuilt qualities and flair for interaction. Candidates are expected to acquire multi-tasking skills and have the ability to adapt to new roles or be flexible in current ones.
