Of all the firms designing developments throughout the UAE, the one headed by international superstar architect Sir Norman Foster is perhaps the most high profile, innovative and highly decorated.
Encompassing infrastructure, architecture and product design, the firm, with a portfolio bursting with projects from around the globe, has been a prominent and pioneering force in the region, creating master plans, as well as residential, retail and commercial developments throughout the GCC.

The equals of its projects throughout the rest of the world, such as Wembley Stadium, Crystal Island, Asprey New York and Beijing Airport, are the developments being designed by the firm from its offices in Abu Dhabi.

The Foster masterplan for Masdar - Abu Dhabi's completely sustainable city - is perhaps the most exciting and ambitious of all, setting a whole new benchmark for ‘green' architecture.
