by ArabianBusiness.com staff writer

Al Mazaya Holding’s Sky Gardens is on schedule to be the first residential tower to be completed in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The project is due to be handed over by November 2007; over 22 levels of the 43-storey project have now been completed. The complex will include 575 apartments and seven internal hanging gardens. It is one of three residential properties planned for DIFC. Arabtec is the main contractor on the project; Bader Al Mulla is the MEP contractor.
