Al Naboodah for Al Barari project

Al Naboodah has been appointed by Al Barari Development Company to undertake infrastructure works for the initial phase of the project at the royal enclave of Nad Al Sheba, Dubai.

Under the contract Al Naboodah will provide the high voltage electrical network, irrigation, drainage and sewerage networks, plus waterways for the US $1.8 billion (AED6.6 billion) project.
The development has been designed to resemble the shape of a tree with branches and leaves. It will include 300 villas and 82% of the land is earmarked for themed landscaping. Phase one of the project will include 30 leaves or clusters.
