The 396-room hotel features 166 serviced apartments, furnished in line with a Moroccan theme and contains three floors dedicated to the business traveller with separate reception area and lounges.

Dining options will mirror the diverse travel of famed explorer Ibn Battuta, and feature cuisine ranging from Indian, Moroccan, and Persian to Chinese. A 20-metre lap pool will be located on the hotel's roof and a state of the art fitness club will offer aerobics and weights.
