Mamzar is a coastal area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, home to one of the Emirate's main commercial, retail and cultural centres.

It is home to both a famous beach park and shopping centre area, and borders the Emirate of Sharjah.

It, like the area of Rashadiya, is also home to many of the local Emirati population.
