Saphira with its bustling marina and beachfront development aims to successfully reopen Rabat not only to the sea but also to the world.

Eleven kilometres alongside the Atlantic coast is the piece of land specified for the project of renovation, and highlighting of the natural beauty of Rabat and its rich heritage.

The Saphira project - Jewel of the Atlantic, aims to give birth to 9 districts that will evoke the past of Morocco and the beauty of its shore. 

The nine districts of Saphira combined will create for Rabat a vibrant beachfront, tourist, residential, business and leisure community that will revive and rejuvenate Morocco's pride - Rabat.
