The South Marina Water Residences & Yacht Club
The site located in Zone 1 of the proposed master plan is bound by South Green Drive and Marina Bay. Many of the residences in this neighbourhood will have private boat accommodations, and the majority will have direct access to the Marina. The South Marina residential neighbourhood creates the southern edge of the South Park and boasts views of the World Trade Centre and Bahrain Financial Harbour.
Hotel Residential South Green Park
The site located in Zone 2 of the proposed master plan is bound by North Manama Causeway, South Green Street, South Green Drive and Marina Bay. This development is an integral building/landscape project site.
The project consists of three structures: a boutique hotel, two residential towers featuring high-end residential units with unobstructed views, and the development of the South Green Park, featuring over 12,000 m2 of park, entertainment, leisure and retail offerings resulting in a true sense of place.
Ocean Front West Coast Community
A sweeping avenue creates a distinctive spine for this residential neighbourhood, with addresses along the avenue and the axial side streets that connect to the waterfront. This zone is a dense fabric of recreational spaces and activities, linked by a series of pedestrian bridges and plazas.

Zone 6 makes up the outer edge of the north residential neighbourhood. This site contains the North Tower, an office tower whose forecourt is the north end of the North Park. North Tower amenities include 360 degrees of panoramic views, park access, easy access to public facilities and retail, and an iconic structure as the gateway of Bahrain Bay.
Raffles City Bahrain
Raffles City Bahrain comprises of sculptured high rise apartments and penthouses, landscaped sky villas, high-end retail, exquisite dining and 5 star serviced residences.
