Saudi's Dar Al Arkan raising $750m in Islamic bonds

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co, Saudi Arabia’s biggest property company by market value, is in the process of raising $750m in an Islamic bond sale, Deutsche Bank's Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East Henry Azzam said in Dubai on Wednesday.

According to a Bloomberg report, Goldman Sachs Group, Deutsche Bank and Unicorn Investment Bank are managing the transaction, two bankers said last month, who declined to be identified before the deal is complete.
