Saudi shares closed higher on Saturday boosted by gains in the petrochemical and telecommunications stocks.
The all-share gained 0.7 percent to 6,778 points and the petrochemical index added 0.7 percent to 5,793 points.
Shares in Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) closed 2.7 percent higher after it announced that it has resumed selling pre-paid SIM cards after a two week suspension.
The telecommunication index closed 1.8 percent higher at 2,157 points.
The banking index closed 0.1 percent higher at 14,687 points.
