It's hard to imagine that there are many hearty adventurers thinking of challenging the new Yokohama to San Francisco record in the ‘20-foot Sport - Singlehanded' category, for boats with a maximum six metres overall and no inside accommodation.

Alessandro Di Benedetto (ITA) established the initial record in this category for his passage of 62 days, 17 hours, 51 minutes and 55 seconds.
