Emaar’s e25 initiative, tailored for under 25 year olds, has launched co-working space Letswork for start-up entrepreneurs, freelance consultants and professionals looking for an alternative space to meet, work, brainstorm and co-create.
A start-up itself, Letswork has transformed a number of the city’s venues into affordable and flexible co-working spaces with benefits such as unlimited tea, coffee, water and Wi-Fi.
They also include reserved seating with plugs, meeting room access, free parking and 20% discount on F&B at all its venues.
Co-founded by e25 partners Omar AlMheiri and Hamza Khan, it currently offers six locations including Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera, Rove Downtown, Rove Healthcare City, Rove City Centre, Rove Trade Centre and Molecule at Dubai Design District. More locations are currently being added.
Memberships can be attained by logging on to www.letswork.io. Visitors can opt for daily (AED 39), weekly (AED 209) or monthly (AED 490) packages.
According to reports, the average spend on coffee is AED25-35, with 25-35 year old being the most popular age demographic at coffee shops and meeting places where the coffee is served.
