Susan Boyle to sing in Abu Dhabi

Scottish singer Susan Boyle, who found fame on the ‘Britain's Got Talent’ UK television show in 2009, is to play a concert in Abu Dhabi in December, it was confirmed.

The 52-year-old singer will headline her first gig in the UAE at Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Friday, December 13.

The venue can hold 11,000 fans and the concert will feature Boyle’s new song, ‘O Come All Ye Faithful’, which featuring the voice of the late American legend Elvis Presley.

Although she came second on the 2009 talent show, she has launched an international career, has sold around 20m albums and has amassed a fortune of around $35m.

Tickets will go on sale from November 6 and will cost from Dhs250 ($68).
