Talk Back

Sir,

I enjoyed the story about the floating bridge on the Creek (Waagner Biro scores floating Creek bridge Issue 140), but must confess to being a little confused as to how it will open and close every 20 minutes.

It seems like a novel solution to local traffic problems, but what about the queues created by the opening and closing of the structure three times an hour?
