Bayt.com has unveiled a redesigned, user-friendly website to with updates for job seekers and employers across the MENA region.
According to the company, the new site is designed with user experience and efficiency in mind to allow users to browse the 10,000 jobs available on the site on a daily basis.
“In this new design, we have regrouped our resources to revolve around the job seeker journey as well as the tools and information they need to instantly access,” said Suhail Masri, Bayt.com’s VP of employer solution.
“We have also made it far simpler for users to create their CVs and get started on the job search and application path,” he added. “With the goal of efficient job and talent matching, the new design is created to minimise distractions and support our 30.7 million users to find their career opportunities.”
In 2017, Bayt.com posted more than 142,000 jobs and generated more than 1.7 million CV searches. Additionally, the company reported that nearly 1.5 million candidates were contacted on the platform by companies and organisations looking to hire.
On the employer side, the new Bayt.com website has also been refreshed with easier navigation, simplified product pages, free HR resources and hiring guides.
“With the new dynamic, yet simplified visuals and information, companies and organisations will find it far easier to get started on the hiring process,” Masri added. ‘We have also made our hiring solutions much more sensitive towards businesses’ diverse needs and interests and have made more talent sourcing resources and tools available.”
