Tuscan-style resi for Damac

Dubai-based Damac plans to develop a Mediterranean style residential scheme in Jumeirah Village South, called the Tuscan Residence.

“The project will be extremely attractive to people from a number of nationalities around the world, due to its potential for generating substantial returns on investment and rental returns, along with its unique Mediterranean architecture,” said Peter Riddoch, CEO, Damac Properties.

“At Jumeirah Village South, all residents will experience a lifestyle of utmost luxury and peace of mind with the number of medical facilities, town and country clubs, jogging and cycling trails as well as the two international schools within the vicinity.”
