A Dubai-based hotel group has seen a rise in bookings since it began offering travel agents diamonds, gold and iPads as part of an incentive programme to help boost business.
JA Resorts & Hotels is offering travel agents across the Gulf a chance to sign up for the company’s high value incentive programme, which rewards them for client bookings at its hotels and resorts across the UAE.
Valid until September 30, the online programme is giving away thousands of dollars’ worth of diamonds, gold and iPads to the most proactive bookers securing leisure business for JA Resorts & Hotels’ properties, Hotelier Middle East magazine reported.
“This initiative was launched during our recent corporate GCC roadshow, and we have seen a 5.2 percent rise in business to date from key GCC source markets, which is extremely encouraging,” said Anabela Radosevic, director of sales & marketing, JA Resorts & Hotels.
The programme allows GCC travel agents to make bookings using the incentive booking code and sending details to a dedicated email address.
