I'm not listening with sound (because I'm in the office) but I am going to assume that the song playing is "I will always love you".
They have been playing that song for the past 1.5 years literally every time I visited the fountains (about 30-40 times). How is this, all of a sudden, a tribute? Did they know something that we didnt know when they started to tribute her over a year ago?
