Philippine floods displace thousands

More than 20 people in the Philippines have been killed by flash floods and landslides brought on by monsoon rains caused by typhoon Usagi. The Zambales province has been hit hard, with thousands of people being displaced, and coastal communities being cut off from the rest of the province.
