PLAY Restaurant and Lounge, a Mediterranean and Asian dining concept, is set to open in Dubai this month.

To be located on the 36th floor of the H Hotel, the restaurant will be led by Zuma’s former executive chef for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Istanbul, Reif Othman.

The Dubai-based conception is the creation of Treenergy Management and Absolute F&B facility management LLC.

It will boast a gourmet restaurant with an elevated private dining area, a lounge, a cocktail bar, and views of Dubai’s skyline.

The "Mediterrasian" cuisine will combine the best of European cooking techniques with celebrated Asian ingredients.

As for its interior, PLAY will be designed by renowned firm, Gregory Gatserelia. It will house sharp cut brass walls, precious marble flooring, and signature Colossal Baroque sculptural chandeliers in gold and black Swarovski crystals and pearls.
