Boxing fans in the UAE can watch the world heavyweight rematch between Andy Ruiz Jr and Anthony Joshua on a new streaming service to be launched in the region.

According to a report in The National, American outfit CSI Sports is to launch a SVoD service, Fight Sports Max, which will carry the broadcast rights in the UAE and 18 other countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

In order to see the fight, which is taking place at a purpose-built arena in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, fans must register for a subscription, priced $5 (AED18.40) on the Fight Sports Max website or by downloading the app.

The ring walks are expected to start at 12.45am (UAE time) on Sunday.

Joshua will be aiming to bounce back from the shock defeat to Ruiz in their first match on June 1 at New York’s Madison Square Garden, when he was stopped by the Mexican-American in the seventh round.
