The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED16.92bn ($4.6bn) of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department.
Sales dominated the figures, with AED10.59bn ($2.9bn), according to Land Department data.
In total there were 3,772 sales transactions recorded between October 28 and November 1.

Among the top listed sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in Serenia Residences, The Palm sold for AED50m ($13.6m)
- An apartment in The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences sold for AED29.5m ($8m)
- An apartment in Il Primo sold for AED29m ($7.9m)
The Land Department also showed mortgage deals worth AED5.63bn ($1.5m) last week.
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED697m ($190m).
