The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED19.89bn ($5.45bn) of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department.
Sales transactions dominated the figures, with AED14.54bn ($4bn), according to Land Department data.
In total there were 5,076 sales transactions recorded between September 29 and October 3.
Dubai real estate last week
Among the most expensive sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay in Jumeirah sold for AED100m ($27.2m)
- An office in Burj Khalifa in Downtown sold for AED44m ($12m)
- An apartment in The Bristol Emaar Beachfront in Marsa Dubai sold for AED34m ($9.3m)
The Land Department also showed mortgage deals worth AED3.85bn ($1bn) last week.
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED1.5bn ($408m).
