The operating hours of the Dubai Metro, paid-parking metres, buses and more during Ramadan 2025 have been revealed.
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the operating hours for all its services during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The revised timings apply to Customer Happiness Centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transport services, and service provider centres (vehicle testing).
Public parking timings
Monday to Saturday:
- First Period: 8am – 6pm
- Second Period: 8pm – 12am (Midnight)
Note: Multi-level parking buildings operate 24/7.
Dubai Metro timings
Red and Green Line Stations:
- Monday to Thursday: 5am – 12am (Midnight)
- Friday: 5am – 1am (Next Day)
- Saturday: 5am – 12am (Midnight)
- Sunday: 8am – 12am (Midnight)
Dubai Tram
- Monday to Saturday: 6am – 1am (Next Day)
- Sunday: 9am – 1am (Next Day)

Customer Happiness Centres
Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, and Al Tawar:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm
- Friday: 9am to 12pm
Note: Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA’s Head Office will continue to operate 24/7 as usual.
Service Provider Centres (Vehicle Testing)
Monday to Thursday and Saturday:
- Tasjeel, Jebel Ali: 7am – 4pm
- Tasjeel, Hatta: 8am – 3pm
Friday:
- Tasjeel, Jebel Ali: 7am – 12pm
