Schon Properties, the exclusive sales and marketing company for Dubai Lagoon, has partnered with the Armed Forces for the Homat Al Watan discount card, offering 10 percent discount on property purchase in the Lagoon. Card holders can also avail complementary travel packages worth AED 20,000 and AED 30,000 to any destination around the world on purchase of 1BHK and 2BHK apartments respectively. The Homat Al Watan, or ‘Protectors of the Nation’ scheme is a service and social initiative for employees of the Ministry of Defence and armed forces, including civilian employees and retirees, giving them access to exclusive privileges and discounts.

The use of the privilege and discount card is restricted to the entities, companies and establishments sanctioned by the UAE Armed forces and for those who have served in the force for more than six months.
