Noah Pilkington, the COO of Dubai’s FitRepublik, died this week the business has confirmed.
In a post on social media FitRepublik said: “We have lost the beating heart of our community — our North Star, our driving force.
“Noah Pilkington, you made us all better. We will miss you more than you’ll ever know.
“Our thoughts are with Noah’s family and girlfriend at this terrible time.”

Shocked friends and colleagues commented on the post with memories of Noah and detailed his positive impact on lives and the fitness industry.
In a separate post FitRepublik said it would close its fitness facility at 2pm on Sunday, January 15 as staff and members gather to remember Noah Pilkington.
It said: “We’ll be closing at 2pm this Sunday 15th as we gather to remember Noah. The memorial is open to all, as Noah was—so you are of course welcome. ?
“There will be a microphone for anyone who wishes to say a few words.”
