Bloom Properties has announced the completion of its Bloom Central mixed-used project in Abu Dhabi.
Bloom Central is a 25-storey mixed-use project comprising 64 Marriott executive serviced apartments as well as 49 Bloom Residences and 7,000 sq m of office space spread across five storeys.
It is also home to Bloom Hospitality’s first hotel property in Abu Dhabi, the Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi - a 315-room five-star hotel managed by Marriott Hotels, the signature brand of Marriott International.
Bloom Central is also home to the headquarters of Bloom Holding and other companies in Abu Dhabi, a statement said.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO, Bloom Holding, said: “These are exciting times for Bloom Properties. The successful launch of several mixed-use projects lately has strengthened our leading position as a trusted master developer in the emirate and the wider UAE.
"With the completion of Bloom Central, we have integrated a new iconic addition to the city's skyline bringing residential, commercial and hospitality components under one roof.”
The hotel will also provide a range of wellness options with the Saray Spa & Health Club offering six individual treatment rooms, a fitness centre and rooftop swimming pool which is set to open later this year.
Meetings and events are catered for within the hotel’s 1,500 sq m convention space that includes 21 conference rooms and a Grand Ballroom that can accommodate up to 560 people.
