Abu Dhabi royal leaves $70,000 tip after one night in European hotel

A member of the Abu Dhabi royal family left a tip of nearly $70,000 for staff at a hotel in Montenegro, media in the European country claimed.

Reports said the royal left the a tip of €50,000 ($68,389) for staff at the Villa Gorica, a residential complex in the city of Podgorica, the capital and largest city in Montenegro.

The UAE-based sheikh stayed in the hotel for only one night and distributed the money to all staff, from waiters to cooks to security guards, reports said.

The ANSAmed news website said staff at the hotel earned an average of around €500 a month, which it said was in line with the national average.

Why not give this money to the poor? at least it will count as charity and god will reward you for it. Or give it to your country men.

No envy, hotel staff and all hard working people deserve the best, however, a large sum such as this could have been given to people who are in desperate need for it (Syrian refugees for example).
