The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) is planning to build an office tower in Paris’ largest business district, according to Bloomberg.
The newswire reported that a unit of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund had bought a plot from a fund managed by UBS to build a 38-storey tower in La Defense.
Bloomberg quoted LaSalle Investment, which advised ADIA on the purchase, as saying that a unit from Bouygues Construction had been awarded a $220 million contract to build the tower.
