Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) has launched the 2007 Abu Dhabi Business Tourism Planners Guide, which it claims is a key marketing tool for generating MICE business to the emirate.

Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) has launched the 2007 Abu Dhabi Business Tourism Planners Guide, which it claims is a key marketing tool for generating MICE business to the emirate.

The launch comes as finishing touches are put to the state-of-the-art Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre (ADNEC), which it is hoped will reposition Abu Dhabi as a MICE destination.

“Business tourism is a key area for development and opportunity in Abu Dhabi and we wish to make it easy for anyone wishing to bring business tourism into Abu Dhabi by giving them all the information and the contacts of our stakeholders,” said Ahmed Hussein, director of ADTA’s product development division.

New hotel builds in development will facilitate this vision taking Abu Dhabi’s room count from 10,000 to 25,000 by 2015. E-mail stanaiji@adta.ae for guide details..
