Al Odaid gearing up project triple whammy

UAE-based property firm planning to launch three towers to be build in Abu Dhabi at Cityscape.

UAE-based Al Odaid Real Estate on Wednesday said it will launch three towers to be build in Abu Dhabi at Dubai’s Cityscape expo next week.

Two of the towers will located on the corniche while the third is earmarked for the emirate’s mega-development Mohammed Bin Zayed City.

The company did not reveal how much the projects are worth.

Al Odaid, the property arm of Al Ghaith Holding, said the Falcon and Oryx towers mark the first commercial towers to be available for investment on the corniche Abu Dhabi.

Both buildings will feature amenities such as high-speed elevators, high-end fixtures, 24-hour security and basement and podium parking spaces.

The Palm Tower will be located in the in Desert Towers district of Mohammed Bin Zayed City.

The Palm will include 26 floors for residential use, restaurants, shops, hypermarket, gym and swimming pool.
