Al Sayegh Brothers upgrades warehouse technology

Al Sayegh Brothers Group has purchased a warehouse management system from Exactus for its Dubai distribution centre.

Al Sayegh Brothers Group has purchased a warehouse management system from Exactus for its latest distribution centre in Dubai Investment Park.

The company, which distributes a range of products for international brands such as LG Electronics, Olympus cameras and Disney mobile phones, has selected the Exactus Aware system to boost the efficiency of its supply chain operations in the Middle East.

"We researched the market to find a warehouse management system that could improve our process flows, enhance customer service and support our long term growth initiative," explained Iqbal Hussain, vice president of Al Sayegh Brothers Group. "After much analysis, the solution from Exactus was clearly our top choice, particularly because of the system's ease of use and functionality."

Business Systems, a regional business partner of Exactus, secured the contract with Al Sayegh Brothers Group and will implement the technology in the company's Dubai Investment Park warehousing facility.

"Deploying the Exactus Aware solution will allow Al Sayegh Brothers to improve warehouse facility layout and optimisation, increase inventory and billing accuracy, and identify hidden costs of doing business," said Nasser Tufail, managing director, Business Systems. "Our demonstrated track record of deploying complex solutions for companies with a similar logistical background helped set us apart from other solution providers."
