An Arab TV channel, a production company, and seven of its employees have been convicted for filming three women without their permission for a TV programme, according to news report.

The Abu Dhabi Judiciary Department charged all the employees with breaching the privacy of the three women, who claimed they lost jobs because on the programme.

The Abu Dhabi Court ordered each accused to pay a fine of $1,362 (AED5,000) along with legal costs to the complainants, Gulf News reported.

The names of the convicts and the mall were not disclosed.
