Arabtec Construction claims to have won the single largest residential contract ever awarded to a construction company in the UAE, when it was chosen to construct 13 towers at Dubai’s last in-city beachside development of Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Arabtec has won the contract to construct 13 of the proposed 36 residential high-rise tower blocks for Jumeirah Beach Residence project that is being developed by Estithmaar Realty FZ LLC.

The high-rise towers will be built over four levels podium covering an estimated area of some 1 million m2 in the Jumeirah Beach Residence development. The project is broken into seven construction sectors. Arabtec has been awarded the contract for JBR 01, which consists of six towers plus podium and JBR 03, which consists of seven towers plus podium.
