Show planned for Dubai's Coca-Cola Arena on May 27

Covid-19 forces cancellation of Iron Maiden show in Dubai

Iron Maiden said they will try to arrange a new date for the gig in Dubai.

The upcoming Iron Maiden show, scheduled to take place at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on May 27, has been cancelled during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In announcement this morning from Done Events, the show has been cancelled “due to the international measures being taken to ensure the public’s health and safety”.

Iron Maiden said they will try to arrange a new date for the gig in Dubai.

“Of course we are very disappointed, it has been too long since we played Dubai and the Middle East and we were very much looking forward to giving fans there a great show in the impressive new arena,” said Iron Maiden band manager Rod Smallwood.

“Fans can be rest assured that we will be making every effort to return and will do so. Until then stay safe and be smart.”

Done Events said existing ticket holders will receive a full refund from their original point of purchase within 21 working days. For any ticket holders who have specific questions they should email boxoffice@coca-cola-arena.com.
