Ascon is awarded AED122 million Palladium contract

Ascon Construction has been awarded the contract to build The Palladium, ETA Star's latest development in Dubai.

Ascon Construction has won the US $33 million (AED 122 million) contract for the construction of ETA Star’s latest Dubai development, The Palladium.

The 34-storey office, retail and residential complex will be located in the heart of the Jumeirah Lake Towers development.

According to the developer, it will be an ultra-modern, high-rise mixed-use apartment complex spanning over 500 000 ft2 of built-up area.

The building is already 90% sold out and is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2007.

Abid Junaid, executive director, ETA Star Properties, said: “The high-rise project will cater to people wanting to live and work in, and close to, the Jumeirah Lake district area.”

Designed by DAR Consultants, the mixed-use complex features one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with views of Nakheel’s man-made lake on one side and the city on the other.

The Palladium also offers coffee shops and boutiques in the lobby, a separate retail area for convenience shopping and a spacious multi-purpose hall for roof-top parties on the podium.

The development is strategically located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, next to the 50-storey state-of-the-art Dubai Metals and Commodities Centre (DMCC), and close to the Mina Seyahi Beaches.
