Agency wins 23 trophies at Stevies, with gongs for Arab Youth Survey and Global Teacher Prize, among others
Dubai-based PR giant ASDA’A Burson-Marsteller won Public Relations Agency of the Year in the Middle East and Africa for the 6th year running at this year’s International Business Awards.
Otherwise known as the Stevies, the International Business Awards are seen as the world’s top business awards programme.
ASDA’A also picked up three gold medals for the latest edition of its Arab Youth Survey.
In total, the firm won 23 trophies in total, including four golds, seven silvers and 12 bronzes, landing it a ‘Best of the IBAs Award’ title for the first time.
“This is a tremendous result for us, and it is wonderful to see our ground-breaking work on behalf of our clients recognised on the international stage,” said Sunil John, founder and CEO of ASDA’A Burson-Marsteller, in a press statement.
“This unprecedented win is a testament to the hard work and creative energy of our teams across all of our Practices.”
Campaigns that won trophies included work carried out for the Global Education & Skills Forum and the Global Teacher Prize 2016, as well as for Ford, Lincoln, Emaar Properties and the Federal National Council elections.
