Prax's aims to have 10 restaurants in the company after opening first outlet in Dubai in December
Asian takeaway restaurant Prax’s is set to open eight more units across the UAE by 2020, it has been reported.
Part of the Magnata Restaurants Group, the brand opened its first outlet in December 2015 on Jumeirah Beach Road, followed by its second in Barsha Heights soon after.
One of the key investors of Magnata Restaurants, Deepak Asnani, told Hotelier Middle East: “Our aim is to have 10 new fully-operational restaurants within the next four years. This will further establish our footprint across the UAE.”
Prax's launch was spearheaded by Ribbon Consulting, a Dubai-based consulting agency that helped with concept and menu development, among other things.
Ribbon continues to manage all aspects of the operations, marketing, supply chain, menu engineering, budgeting, HR management, IT troubleshooting, brand development, and growth.
Asani added: “Many factors contribute to the F&B market growth. The UAE is a prime tourist destination, attracting visitors and expatriates from all over the world, which means increased demand and consumer expenditure.
"As many new establishments enter the UAE market each day, it is important for us to take advantage of the opportunities this provides, and continue to offer excellent service and unique customer experience.”
He also said in a statement that the growth of Prax’s over the next four years will provide a large number of employment opportunities to people within the UAE.
