ATN reader scoops Danat getaway

Dedicated Arabian Travel News reader, Fatima Barbosa, is the lucky winner of an overnight stay at the Danat Resort in Jebel Dhanna.

Barbosa, a senior client relationship executive from Business Travel International , the corporate office of Dnata Travel Centre in Dubai, was one of several entrants to correctly answer the four questions printed in the ‘agent deals of the month’ section in August’s issue of ATN.

“I read about the resort in the magazine and decided to take part,” she told ATN. “For a weekend or a short break it sounds jolly good.”

Fatima started reading ATN two months ago when a friend sent her the link to the ATN web portal and suggested she subscribed to the magazine (at www.itp.com).

“It’s excellent; topics like the slump in summer sales are really useful for us.

There is so much information in the magazine that we can actually discuss when we are out in the field talking to clients,” she said.

“It features everything you need to know about hotels, airlines, travel agent information and new promotions available; it’s got just about everything related to travel.”

Barbosa and her husband will spend a night in a sea-facing Seabreeze room at Danat Resort.

They will be treated to lunch at Tides restaurant, a three-course dinner at the resort’s fine dining venue, Zaitoun, as well as a 30-minute rejuvenation massage for two.
