Adhraa Almansoori is the Head of Regulations and Policies at Etihad Rail, working to deliver projects related to external stakeholder integration and policy lobbying. With over eight years’ experience in project management, Adhraa has held a number of positions in major industries including aviation, health insurance and transportation, where she focused on technology transformation, mega and special project management, and corporate strategy development.
Prior to joining Etihad Rail, Adhraa worked at Daman - National Health Insurance Company, where she managed medical/technology projects and corporate initiatives under the Daman Strategic PMO project portfolio. She also worked on the iconic Midfield Terminal Building project under Abu Dhabi Airports Company as part of the Technology Project Management Office (PMO) team, delivering IT infrastructure and military projects.
Adhraa continues to follow her passion, working with multiple non-profit organisations. She previously served as a co-founder and board member to the Emirates Digital Association for Women, which supports women in the field of computer science, and was a founding member of Futurists Hub IT Solutions, which provides knowledge about the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its technologies.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security and Network Technologies from Zayed University, and completed a Leadership and Multiculturalism program at Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education in Scotland. She also holds a Diploma in public policy fundamentals from Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, and is currently continuing to study for her Masters in Big Data and Business Analytics.
