With a 25-year career, Chaudhry is currently the Head of Energy Sector at Mashreq Bank’s Corporate and Investment Banking Group in Dubai. Chaudhry has worked at Mashreq since 2005, starting as a Relationship Manager for Large Corporates. Prior to that, he worked at Habib Bank in Dubai and Jebel Ali, and Agripak International in Pakistan.
Chaudhry was tasked by Mashreq to setup the Energy Sector where he is currently overseeing a portfolio of Corporate Relationships operating in the Energy Space. Chaudhry has been successful in building upon Mashreq strong credentials and market excellence in the trade finance domain; all the while enriching the product and services applicable for the Sector.
Chaudhry is adept at managing corporate relationships by offering wholesale corporate banking solutions, including structured trade finance, receivables finance, and corporate finance. His many accomplishments include origination of landmark Corporate Finance transactions which have been awarded multiple awards and recognitions.
Chaudhry has an MBA in Finance, with Merit, from the University of Leeds in the UK.
