At ROSHN, David Grover takes the reins of all group operations in Saudi Arabia and drives critical decision-making. He supervises the company's growth and leads the senior management team, ensuring that they work towards the strategic objective of becoming the largest real estate developer in the Kingdom.
Guided by Grover's leadership, ROSHN delivers on the mandate of increasing the homeownership rates, improving living standards in Saudi Arabia, and reinventing the communities of the future, while staying committed to preserving the country's rich cultural heritage. These communities include substantial infrastructure projects, schools, retail, hotels, hospitals, commercial spaces and the public realm, creating vast suburbs for over 2.2 m people in total.
As a visionary leader with a successful track record of spearheading successful giga projects, Grover previously served as Board Director at Mace Group in the UK. During his 25-year tenure from the start-up, he played a key role in driving its success, as evidenced by the company's turnover of over $2.5 billion and employment of 6,500 individuals, with operations across 65 countries by the time he left in 2020.
Grover has earned a Master of Science in Construction Law from Kings College London and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Birmingham. He is also a Chartered Arbitrator.
