Hanaa Al Hinai, is the CEO of Al Ahlia Insurance, one of the leading insurance players in Oman with experience in Retail, Private Banking & Marketing, Hana has strong domestic and international experience in a career spanning over 20 years. A well-rounded banking professional with wide ranging experiences encompassing wealth management , investments , sales and product management , digital banking transformation , strategy implementations , retail segmentation , product innovation , customer journey and centricity , marketing and regulatory frameworks . She is also a graduate of Oman’s National CEO programme delivered by IMD & Diwan of Royal Court. She was also voted "Most promising Woman of the year " by Oman Al Mara Excellence Awards 2017. Hanaa has a Masters degree in Finance, is a Certified Islamic Banker by CIBAFI. A certified product and marketing manager, and is also a graduate of many Leadership Executive programs run by London Business School and IMD.
Hanaa is a qualified Financial Planner who was educated with a Masters in Finance from Australia. Her international experience was in one of Australia’s leading banks “Westpac Banking” for several years as a Financial Planner and has dealt with over a thousand clients in terms of retirement planning, savings plans, tax planning and insurance planning. She was top of her peers and earned many awards for her achievements and made the once a year conference competition for the best planners at Westpac Banking. Hanaa is extremely passionate about educating individuals on the importance of savings for one’s future. She has a Financial Training business having more than 13 years of coaching experience on wealth management (financial planning) conducting specialized courses on Personal Money Management.
