John Lyons is the Managing Director of Espace Real Estate and oversees the strategic management, growth, and organisation of the business. Espace Real Estate is very proud of its track record, its culture of trust and professionalism and Lyons brings a breadth and depth of skills to ensure that these values are always at the forefront of everything we do.
Having started his career in the UK, Lyons moved to Dubai at the beginning of 2012. Following a period of strong growth across the Espace Real Estate business, he was promoted to Head of Sales and Leasing. His success in growing the business's residential sales & leasing side and invaluable market knowledge led to his appointment as Managing Director in October 2019.
